The flats that surround the Sandy Point area are host to some of the world's largest Bonefish. With an average size of 4-6 lbs.,
Bonefish by the thousands call this area home. There are large permit here too as we've caught fish weighing upwards of almost 30 lbs. All the guides at Pete & Gay's are very personable and have a wealth of fishing knowledge of the local flats. The lodge is well apointed with 14 air-conditioned rooms, each with private bath, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Local Bahamian dishes are served daily with a special "steak night" each Thursday. Sit back, enjoy the sunset, talk fishing, and have the time of your life fishing at Pete & Gay's.

This is a fantastic destination for couples, as well as the discriminating big bonefish connoisseur. There are more unspoiled flats here than most locations offer, and they are just teeming with huge Bonefish and Permit, plus Tarpon on occasion. Accomodations are immaculate, with all rooms being waterfront and within walking distance to the islands top restaurants and entertainment. Offshore fishing is also available for dorado and three different species of tuna if you've got the itch to break out the 12wt.
