Summer Has Arrived

Beaverhead River - The PMD hatch is increasing in volume daily.  Frenchies, Sunkists, Splitbacks, and Pheasant Tails in varying forms are all catching fish.  The arrival of the steady PMD hatches sets off a window on the Beav that is tough to beat for consistent fishing.  As the volume of bugs increases, the number of fish feeding on dries shouild steadily increase.

Big Hole River - The big bugs are gone, but a long steady hatch of nocturn goldens should be starting any day. The dry fly fishing has slowed down recently, blame the sun.  Move away fromn the banks with nymphs and streamers.
